Online Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns for any ACO products. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. But if for any reason you arent satisfied, you can return merchandise to us by mail within 14 days of purchase for a full refund with your receipt. Return shipping and handling fees are free to our customers. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
Packaging and Shipping Your Return
If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number. Please write the return number on the Return Form, right next to your order number. Fill out the reason for your return and include this form inside the box.
If youve lost the return form, please include the following information with your return: the order number, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.
