It works well on white heads but not other types of acne. Despite this I like how quick and effective they are. I bought one for a friend and it sur wonders for their acne so they are now a huge fan.

Love these patches! The only patches I buy and repurchase. They stick quite smoothly to any spot and stay there. Do not become loose or come off. Would improve them by having different packets for different size spots rather than a packet with all sizes. Gets rid of my spots in 2 or 3 days!

You might think that all pimple patches are the same but trust me, they are not. I have tried some from Nexcare and random ones from Asia. The Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch is by far the best pimple patch. Unlike the other pimple patches, the Cosrx pimple patches really stick to your face. Most of the time when I use other brands of pimple patches I would wake up to find out my pimple patch has fallen off. BUT when I use the Cosrx pimple patch it would still be on my face. Even when I had to wash my face the patch would be still on my face.

I do prefer Acne Patch to Acne Spot Gel/Cream. My hand really can not stay still when acne appear on my face, i always want to touch and pop it which is not good. I put this acne patch on my pustule acne overnight and when i take it off the pus also stick in it. What i like is that it can control my hand, i touch the patch instead of the acne, and the acne scars did not turn as dark as when i do nothing to it or just pop it with my hand

These patches absorb so much stuff that I am never going back to other spot treatments. They are almost unnoticeable and they pull so much from the irritated area that it heals faster. If it still hurts, I rewash the area and reapply a new patch. Great product.

Holy grail for pimples! It works best for those pimples full of pus, it absorbs all the yuck and flattens the pimples.
