1. After hand wash, dry your hands.
2. Take the hand packs and wear it on your hands.
3. Make absorption more effective by fix the wrist area with rubber band.
4. Wait 15~20 minutes and take off it. (You can wear it less or more according to your hand condition.)

I have some artist hands and always need help with moisture, despite using cetaphil lotion every day. This was a nice experience, felt good after, but it is really no different than soaking your hands in lotion.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the gloves though, as I have long fingers, and it dealt well with my long nails too which tend to poke through even rubber dish-cleaning gloves sometimes! So that is cool.
