Return and Refund

Unwanted items
If customer want to return item, customers may return within 5 days after receiving package. If customers open the product, we don’t accept customer’s return request. Product must be original packed and unused

Customers are required to pay shipping cost for return. After we receive and check the returned product, we refund amount by ShopandShop point.

Defective, Wrong items
Upon customers request, ShopandShop investigate the cases and make replacement or refund.

Unwanted items
After return process, we refund amount by ShopandShop point.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 25 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Card holder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Card holder’s issuing bank.

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Shipping charges shall be borne by you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
