Before skincare, apply a thick layer on entire face excluding eyes and mouth area, and gently roll with fingers. Rinse of with lukewarm water after 10 minutes.

This is overall gentle on my skin, which gets irritated easily, and leaves me with smoother and brighter skin. I just started using it recently so it did be nice the brightening effects are somewhat of a permanent effect since I have a darker skin tone.
