I received this 2 days ago so can not comment on long term. I find it lightens dark circles and takes down puffiness. Very cute packaging.

I bought this for my brother but he has too much Macho pride to use a cute bear for his horrible eye bags. anyways I also get insomnia and yesterday was one of those days. my eyes felt really heavy, dry and tired and the I remembered I have this and stole it from my brother.
